Violet’s Scrapbooking

Hey Everyone,
I was so glad to get home from Chistmas Vacation and start doing some scrapbooking layouts!
Each year I have a family album that goes from Jan – Dec. Depending  on what else is going on I have other albums going at the same time.
Last year I had my youngest daughters album that went from Nov 09 – Nov 10
Neither of these scrapbooks are finished and I will for sure be working on them for the next few months.
This year I have a family album and then I’m going to do a sister’s album!  Both these album will go from Jan – Dec.
This year will be simple. I hope.
Here are some pictures of some Layouts that I’ve been working on.
This Layout I used the DCWV “Home” paper pack and the Storybook Cartridge. (For some reason, Strorybook just goes with this paper so well)
For this Layout I used New Arival and George and Basic Shapes
I used DJFancy for my font and I cut it out on SCALS
This page I love! I used the Cricut Lite Cartridge “Live Simply” and I really do love this cart! The paper came from the Raspberry Pop paper back.
This layout was really simple, I used some of the paper Wendy got me from the Scrapbook Expo and I used Create a Critter!
I have to say that I have been really enjoying do these layouts the last few weeks, I’m telling you guys ever since I really started thinking about “getting back to the heart of scrapbooking” and as Wendy and I have been talking more and more about what we want our Scrapbooks to reflect all these layouts have been coming so easy, even jouranaling, which is something I don’t always enjoy, is coming a lot easier!
Here is a few other Layouts I’ve done!
This Layout I used some of the paper from My Minds Eye and then I used Storybook and the title was cut on Scal using “Minya Nouvelle” which is my new favorite font ever!!
This Layout I used the paper from DCWV Aniaml Cracker paper pack, I also cut the title on Scal with Minya Nouvelle and then I used Create a Critter for the animals.
Thanks Everyone,
