I have to admit that I am not great at Birthday’s! As a kid we didn’t really celebrate birthdays.
We had the cake and gifts but it was not made to be a big deal in our home.
We didn’t have Birthday Themed Parties and we didn’t have kids over it.
And so now as a adult I’m not great at them…. I tried doing the “big” themed birthday party for Kayla for her first birthday and I just realized its alot of stress, alot of money and alot of pressure. Its not fun!
And because we don’t make huge deals out I’m always behind getting out cards and birthday wishes!!
It is what it is people!!!! It is what it is!!! With that said I do try!
So this little project you are about to see is me trying to be better at the whole Birthday Thing!
{DIY Birthday Tag & Bag}
The super funny thing about this gift is I freaked out thinking the persons birthday was the following week …. her birthday was not even until March!
Of course I used the Balloon Bash Stamp set from Stampin’ Up! I told you I’ve been reaching for that stamp set alot over the last few weeks and then I was able to use my Simon Says Stitched Circle Dies!
Even though it was a full month early I gave the gift to my friend and called it good!
She enjoyed the gift even if it was a little early! Who doesn’t just love getting a gift!!!!
I had so much fun putting the whole gift together!
