I thought it would be fun to show you what I’ve been up to with my planner. I’ve been trying a few things out and wanted show you what has finally started working for me!
A few months ago I decided to sign up for the Studio Calico Planner Monthly Kit! I have been looking into planner kits for sometime and never found one that I thought would be worth it.

{A Look At My Planner}
The first new thing that I’ve created for my planner are these new covers. I created them by using supplies that I have around my craft room. I think they turned out awesome! I just have to figure out to get them laminated!
Here are the supplies I used for these covers that you can get from Stampin’ Up! You can pick up these items at my online store HERE
This one I created by using the Project Life Value Kit by Cathy Z. I really love how it turned out. When I took this photo I noticed that the way I put this together makes it look a little bit like a camera!
I have been enjoy watching Plan With Me videos on youtube. My favorite person to watch is Jen from Pretty Neat Living. I am trying to find some customer sticker makers on Etsy that do Monthly Themed Kits. I feel like I tend to like that style better. Where all of the stickers match for your month. Until I can find some stickers that work better for me I decided to go make a few customer stickers that could work for what I needed.
Here are the stickers I’ve been using the most. As I mentioned in my video I am loving the zipper pouch that comes in each months subscription box. I’ve been keeping all my most used stickers together. The stickers that come in the Project Life kits by Stampin’ Up I don’t tend to use in my Project Life Album but they work really well in my planner.
I hope you’ve enjoyed seeing some of the new items I’ve been using in my planner. If you would like to see some photos of my weekly planner spreads please leave me a comment below. I would happy to share how my weekly layouts are progressing. I have a giveaway for you guys today! All you have to do is enter below. I will contact you directly.
Tina, Papertrey Ink stamps sells planners and stamps for planners and I know that their stamps include a set specifically for bloggers and people who make videos. I know you said stamps were a pain, but maybe not a stamp for videos. You could check them out as well as some of the videos by their design team members, my favorite is Ashley Newell’s videos on using the planner stamps. She also has a video about using photos in your planners — for a person’s birthday for example. Her blog’s name is Paper Suite but you can find it at http://www.ashleynewell.com. They also have planner stamps and dies that fit perfectly over the spaces in the EC planners if you want to retitle these spaces — like you’ve already done. https://www.papertreyink.com/index.php?p=catalog&mode=search&search_str=planner
Paper & Glam sells stickers she makes herself for “seasonal living.” So hers coordinate by month/season. She also does a free monthly “Life List” not dissimilar to your monthly photo list. For example, here is October’s: http://paper-glam.myshopify.com/a/downloads/-/3c0537c220d1831c/b2d019f28de24cf2
November’s is also up. She laminates them and puts them in her planner, but she also uses them in her Project Life album. She does monthly stickers and seasonal stickers, I just bought October and the Thanksgiving bundle. I’m not really a planner type of a gal, but I do use PL and I do have a planner, but some of her stickers were just too cute. So hers are color consistent by month. She also sells planner pages that you can print out yourself and bind yourself and she has tutorials on her blog. She is a very sweet, very impressive young woman in my opinion.
My Favorite Things also has a set of planner stamps with blogger/videographer stamps if I am not mistaken. Again, these are stamps, but they would be consistent for work purposes and you could use the same color of ink from month to month if you really wanted consistency.
Thank you for your videos, I love watching them and seeing how you incorporate different brands while still using primarily SU! products. It’s what I do too. I especially enjoyed seeing the covers you made, you gave me great ideas for monthly dividers to sex up my work planner!
All the best, Mary
Mary Thank so much for all the information!!!! I do love Paper & Glam!!! I will look into some of those Stamp Sets from My Favorite Things! 🙂
