How cute is this little girl? I mean I can not get enough of that little face. Today is Kayla Faith’s 8th birthday, and I truly have no idea where the time has gone. It feels like just yesterday I took this picture.

Kayla was our first little girl and she has taught us so much.

Today she is growing into a beautiful little girl that keeps us on our toes and continues to amazes us with her compassion and love for others.

Just the other day she had .27 cents that she was so proud of. She had found a few coins laying around the house. I ran to the store and she tagged along with me. While we were standing at the check out stand she read the donation box.

The donation were for children who didn’t have enough money for food. Kayla dropped all 3 of her coins into the box. She looked up at me, smiled, and said, “I just want to help other children.”

This little girl fills my heart with so much joy!

I wanted to share with you the Birthday Card that I made for her along with the treats that we took to her class. It really does bring me so much joy to create treats with my kids to take to their school for special events.

From October – February the kids and I crank out the treats each month for someones birthday or some major holiday!

Kayla loves picking out what we are going to do for school treats, and for her birthday she picked out a penguin stamp set to color for the top of a goodie bag!

Here is the birthday card that I created for her. I really love how this turned out, it has the perfect amount of pink and sparkle!

Kayla loves penguins. She has a stuffed penguin that she has had since she was 6 months old that she calls, “Huggsy!” (All of you FRIENDS fans will know why she calls the penguin that)

For her school treats we found really cute winter pencils with Penguins and Snowmen on them.
We created these cute treat bags with a Penguin stamp set and die I got for Christmas. (Non-Stampin’ Up Product alert)
