Valentine’s Day Project Life Layout

I want to share with you one of my biggest struggles when it comes to Project Life. It is not taking photos, or getting them printed. It is not find the product, or making the product work for me.

My biggest struggle is being stuck somewhere between wanting the process to be simple, and manageable, and wanting to be a little bit creative.

I find this struggle to be the hardest when it comes to each of the kids albums. While I want to make sure that I keep things simple because keeping up with 3 kids album plus a family album each year can feel overwhelming at times. I also want to have a fun, and be creative when putting together these layouts.

In order to make this task more manageable I do 1 layout per month per kid.

This has made a huge difference in how I am able to put the kids album together, and it has helped me feel creative in the process.

This is how the layout turned out. I did the same thing for Kayla’s album as well. When I use Designer Paper to put together a layout I try and make sure each side feel balanced.

Whatever I use on the left side of the layout I use it on the right side as well.

This layout has my favorite colors in it. Bermuda Bay & Basic Grey. These two colors together make my heart sing.

It is my great desire of mine to help other document their story. One of the reasons that I love Project Life is because of Becky Higgins and seeing her true desire to help others document their story.

Becky is such an inspiration to me! I have been following her over on Instagram all weekend as she is tackling her own scrapbooking story. Make sure you check out her fun pictures HERE.

Leave me a comment and let me know what is your BIGGEST struggle when it comes to Project Life. I am planning on doing a LIVE YOUTUBE EVENT where I can dive in and help you!
