Easy DIY Kids Valentine’s Day Treats

Today I wanted to share with you what I am creating for Valentine’s Day for treats for Kayla’s class. I still haven’t decided what to do for Violet’s Class. I will need to create 27 for her class.

I have been using these Kraft Gift Bags like crazy over the last few weeks. As I mention in my video I picked up these bags in December on the Clearance Rack. They were less than $2.00 for a package of 10, and I was able to get my demonstrator discount of 25% of top of that.

I love having these types of things around because you never know when you are going to need to put a gift or treat bag together.

I love the way these turned out. The bag will be large enough to fit the Valentine’s Day Pencil, and eraser along with whatever Valentine’s Day treat we decide to get.

Easy DIY Kids Valentine's Day Treats

  1. You Make My Heart Pop: Anything with Popcorn will be a hit with the kids. Popcorn can also be easy to make, and put together.
  2. I’m Hooked On You: These are so cute, and a great alternative to candy. These are are the ones I decided to do for Violet’s kindergarten class.
  3. Marshmallow Hearts: These are fun to make, however they can be a little messy.
  4. I’ve Got My Eyes On You: I thought these were super clever. They would be easy to put together with kids.
  5. I Dig you: I found these on Etsy in the form of a kit, however they would be simply to do it yourself if you found all the items you needed.
  6. You Make Me Laugh: Kayla loves Laffy Taffy, and if I had seen these sooner, I would have had her do these for her class.

I do plan on putting together gifts for the teachers. For Valentine’s Day I’m keeping it simple by using the clear glass you see in the photo above that is holding the pencils, and filling it will chocolate. I will add a tag to the glass, along with a handmade card.

I hope you’ve enjoyed seeing these Valentines’s Day Treats I created for the kids! I would love to know what you are creating for Valentine’s Days this year. Leave me a comment and let me know.
