I’ve been enjoying getting back to scrapbooking, and memory keeping more over the last few weeks.
These photos you are going to see today are some photos I’ve had sitting around my office for almost a year. They were family photos that were in a frame in our living room.
When I updated those photo in the frame I almost just tucked these photos away. Then I realized that it would be nice to put them onto a layout and put in our albums.
These layouts could go in each of the girls album, or they could go in our family album side by side, or back to back. I have decided where they will finally end up.
All of my albums are done chronologically, and I haven’t ever gone back and used older photos. Mostly because I’ve always had plenty of current items to scrapbook.
Recently I’ve found myself pulling some older photos that I have had around and putting them into layouts.
For both of these layouts I used the Simple Stories Vintage Lemon Twist Paper. This paper comes in a pack, or you can get it in single sheets.
These layouts use the exact same design! All I’ve done is flip them so they are opposite of each other. This way they could go directly by each other for a double layout, or they could go into an album as a single layout.
I used the following items for both layouts.
- 2 Sheets 12×12 Bermuda Bay Cardstock from Stampin Up
- 2 Sheets Pattern Paper (One sheet of the butterfly & one sheet of the yellow plaid)
- 2 Sheets of Basic Black Cardstock From Stampin Up
- Basic White Die Cuts I already had on hand.
One of the best thing about Stampin Up product is the way the colors so easily coordinate with other product that is one the market.
The teal color in the Vintage Lemon Twist Paper is a PERFECT match to Bermuda Bay which happens to be my favorite color of all time.
You can purchase any of the Stampin Up Supplies I used on today’s project in my online store HERE, or by clicking on the photos below.
Don’t forget that I have a super fun Online Class for November that you an get for free FREE when you place an order with me.
These layouts turned out beautiful, and I loved being able to share a process video with you. I hope you enjoyed seeing these layouts.
