One thing that I have started do again is Traditional Style Memory Keeping Pages.
This is something that I did for years, it is really my first love when it comes to crafting, However over the years I’ve needed different styles of memory keeping to be able to keep up with the projects that I have wanted.
Recently as some space has opened up in my life I found myself longing to do these kind of memory keeping again.
I had started last week with this layout of Violet. I loved the it so much I decided to take the same concept and use it to create a page with some photos I had of Andrew.
If traditional memory keeping layout is something you, but you struggle with the creative side of it this is a great way to conquer that struggle.
Create one layout format and use it for several different layouts.
Andrew’s Brave Story
Andrew doesn’t do well with Dental work, and because of that he ended up having to have dental surgery which was scary for him, and honestly for us as well.
Esau took in, and of course Mama needed photo updates.
On this layout I used Pattern Paper from Vicki Boutin called Color Study, and a stamp set from Ali Edwards.
This layout of Violet is simple and only uses one single photo. I had the photo printed at 5″x7″.
A great way to change up some of your layouts is to simple have your photos printed at different size. I currently have my photos printed at my local Walmart and will often get 5″x7″, or 8-1/2″ x 11″
Any of the Stampin Up products that I used in today’s project can be purchased in my online store HERE, or by clicking on the photos below.
Next week I have fun Collaboration with my dear friend Pip Todman who is the UK.
We can’t wait to share with you all the projects we have created to inspire you to get creative.
Have a great weekend, and I will see you again next Tuesday.
I’m so glad you do layouts for scrapbooking. I think you are the only one out of 50 S.U. demos that I know that do this. THANK YOU, THANK YOU!

Wow what beautiful layouts! The kids are super adorable 😊. You are a master at knowing just what the page needs. I would have chosen paper, found an arrangement for my photos, and then I would know that it needed some details but would have NO idea what to do next! These are just perfection.
