I hope you enjoyed yesterday’s Craftmas Video where I shared a few of the things happening in my studio during this crazy month.
Today I am using one of my embossing folders to create this simple Christmas card.
The best thing about this Christmas Card is you only need 2 main supplies. Any embossing folder you have on hand, and ink.
I first saw this card on Instagram and it was done by Sara Douglass the CEO of Stampin Up.
It was so beautiful, and looked so easy I thought I would give it a try.
This was a fun card to try even if messed up a little bit at the beginning, and my hands were green for a few hours.
Because I wanted a very bold sentiment, and I didn’t have any that are current I used a retired stamp set.
The Cherry Cobbler ink pops against the garden green cardstock, and ink.
It would beautiful to do this technique with a snowflake embossing folder to crate a simple winter card.
Or even a beautiful Valentine’s Day with an heart embossing folder. So many options!
You can purchase any of the supplies I used today in my online store HERE, or by clicking on the photos below.
Important December Information:
There are two very important things you need to know for this up coming week.
First is that the current Fall- Winter catalog is retiring at the end of December.
There are lots of items on the LAST CHANCE LIST, and once they are gone they won’t be back.
Second the best time order any of these beautiful products is on December 15th!
On this day Stampin Up is hosting of FREE SHIPPING!
Everyone who orders that day will get my December Ordering Special, along with a pack of my handmade cards.
I will be back tomorrow with another crafty project for you!
Katina, I have been enjoying the current Days of Christmas and the Blessed to Craft group I no longer can keep doing the Blessed t0 Craft so I canceled my PayPal autopay.
Hopefully I can continue to catch some of the new content. Please don’t include a new catalog for next year at this time.
