I’m finally finishing up my January 2023 Project Life Pages. All that was left to do was the journaling.
I had to put this project on hold this last week so that I could finish up my Project Life 2022 album. I’m so happy that is done.
You can see that project by joining Life Simply Documented where I’ve posted that project exclusively.
Now that I have that project wrapped up I can fully focus on this year’s album.
I’m so happy to be focusing on this year’s album. I have a clear direction I want to go and I have already been able to start on February layouts.
One of the things that I’m doing differently this year is the calendar part of my album.
This is a great way to use more of my memory-keeping stamps within my Project Life albums.
I know that when I am trying out something new it is not always going to come out perfect.
Instead of getting annoyed over this process I’m leaning into, and learning from it.
Remember whenever you are trying something new it will take some time to figure it out.
I finally found away touse those pill-shaped wood pieces. Now looking at the layout It would have been cool to do three of those across the top.
One of my favorite things in our family album is to have large photos like this. I use the Project Life App to print these.
These 3 x 4 cards with the mini photo on them turned out perfectly.
I found a small Ali Edwards stamp that had the “The Story” phrase on it that fit perfectly in the yellow box.
The cards are from the Midnight Core Kit which is no longer available.
I’m finding myself using more Core Kits so far this year. This is great since I have so many of them.
I also used a few leftover pieces from the Title Page I put together for this year.
I’ve been documenting a lot of weather-related topics for January & February. This is simply because we have crazy weather related things happening.
The point of my Family Album is to document things happening in our life.
I hope you have enjoyed seeing January’s pages in my Project Life Family Album.
I’ve started working on on February’s Pages, and I have a quick organization video to share with you next week.
Where did you find your calendars? I like them.
