After several weeks of not feeling any inspiration what so ever to craft I finally am back to crafting again.
I wanted to start off by sharing these 5 cards I created using the brand-new In Colors that launched last month’s Stampin Up annual catalog.
I love these colors, I think they are a perfect addition to Stampin Up color line up.
These two colors Wild Wheat, and Moody Mauve are popping up everywhere it seems.
You will notice from the photo above that not all of the cards came out the same. I meant for them too, however I messed some of them up.
All of the cards feature the same measurements, I used the same Stamp Set and the same ribbon. These cards came out beautiful.
I can’t wait to send these off to all the ladies who signed up for my Paper Party Retreat.
Moody Mauve
I really wasn’t sure about this color. At first it reminded me too much of the 90s.
However, I have really started loving this color, and I’ve used it more than I thought I would. What do you think?
Copper Clay
If I’m being honest this is my least favorite of the five new colors.
I may feel better about this color in the Fall when I’m naturally creating projects in this color family.
However, being in the middle of summer I’m wanting brighter, cooler colors.
Boho Blue
This color reminds me of everything that is beautiful about Stampin Up!
There is even a Boho Blue Mini Cut and Emboss Machine in the Online Exclusive section HERE.
Pebbled Path
This is color that I feel like I will get a lot of use out of. It is a beautiful gray color that will come in hand.
I also like this color paired together with Wild Wheat and, or Boho Blue.
Wild Wheat
This is my favorite color of the five new colors that dropped last month. In fact, there is a wall in my living that is almost the same yellow color.
This yellow color is going to be beautiful for Fall Projects.
As you can see I used the beautiful basic designer paper featuring the new in colors.
You can make these cards by using one sheet of 6″ x 6″ pattern paper. Don’t forget to pick up the pattern paper in these colors.
You can purchase any of the supplies I used in today’s project in my online store HERE, or by clicking on the photos below.
I will be back on Thursday with a Project Life video!
