Today I was planning on sharing a simple card project I have wanted to put together for a few weeks but I totally got cuaght up working through my Project Life Album.
So instead I have a quick and cute 8-½” x 11 Scrapbook Layout to share with you.
I’m going to put this layout together directly on the back of my June Calendar Page. You can check out my June Project Life Details HERE.
After taking a little bit of a break over the summer from working on this album I’m ready to dive back in.
In this video, I want to share a few details of this page, along with a few tips on how I approach this project.
Creating a year-long project can feel overwhelming, however, I believe with a few systems you can have a yearly album as well.
I used the product I already had on hand for this layout. From the pattern paper to the simple chipboard pieces!
Everything featured in this layout worked perfectly together and was found in my own stash.
I find so much joy in looking through the things I currently have on hand and using them up.
This layout is going directly behind the calendar page for June. For this month I didn’t have anything that needed to be saved in that page proctor so I used it for the layout.
My number one tip for you is to be flexible and make things work for you. It doesn’t matter how pretty something looks if it doesn’t function for your life and your projects.
I hope you enjoyed seeing this layout. I will be back later this week with another Memory-Keeping project.
Don’t worry I have several card projects coming your way.
