Last I shared with you my Project Life Core Kit organization! If you missed that video or post you can check that out HERE, I mentioned that I had already cleaned up the other side of my room.
Today I want to dive into this side of my room and share with you how I cleaned up this area and reorganized my ribbon which has already helped me use it more.
I enjoy taking time at the beginning of December to make sure everything is cleaned up, and to make sure I know which projects I am looking to warp up by the end of the year.
There is also a good chance that my crafting space will be used for holiday activities during this month.
I took the time to check all my shelves and albums to make sure projects were organized, pages were in their albums, and extra items were stored properly.
I also noticed a few products that I was ready to part with.
When I feel this way, I make it a point to remove them from my space right away, preparing them for donation or sale. This helps clear room for new items that I’m excited to bring in.
Here is how my ribbon storage turned out. I have found myself repurposing these rolling carts a lot lately. I’ve even thought about picking up another from Amazon.
This is the one that I am looking to pick up. I feel like it would work so well for so many things. In all the years I have had these two carts in my office I have never regretted getting them, and I’ve always found a good use for them in my space. You can find that HERE.
December Daily – Story #11
There are moments when my December Daily album feels familiar from year to year. We tend to capture the same types of moments, and aside from watching the kids grow, I’m documenting similar events each holiday season.
But at the same time, each year brings something unique. I discover new stories to tell, capturing events and traditions through the changing lens of the kids’ ages, interests, and preferences. It’s amazing how the album evolves and reflects the ever-changing spirit of our family.
This story is one of those moments where my story is certainly reflective of the age Kayla is at. There are different ways to capture these moments. I could have taken a screenshot of our text, but instead, I chose to use the photos of the topic of over conversations.
