PL Weekly // Wrapping Up March

It feels good to be back here on my website—I’ve missed this space! I’m starting things off with a March wrap-up. I’m diving into small changes that I truly believe will make a difference in how my pages come together. Fresh ideas, fresh energy—let’s go!

My Project Life Family Album is my most cherished and consistent project. It’s the one I prioritize and stay on top of. Working on current memories makes me feel deeply connected to our everyday lives.

In March, I used an older Project Life by Stampin Up Kit that has a wonderful spring feel to it.

I was also able to mix in my Quarterly Scrapbook Kit from Ali Edwards from last quarter which had a theme of “Fun”.

For the most part, the last three months in our family has album have been organized by month. This has been my approach to Project Life now for at least the last 5 or 6 years.

Since making the change from weekly I have appreciated a more laid-back feeling to my process.

I enjoy adding a Calendar to each month and then focusing on several stories that I wanted to highlight that have happened. Such as Birthdays, graduations, Special outings, or just things that feel worth highlighting in our lives.

Speaking of Calendars stay tuned because I have a video coming up soon that will walk you through the entire process of adding a calendar to each month, as well as explaining why I love having this in our albums.

One of my favorite things about my Project Life Album is incorporating a variety of page sizes.

The mix of dimensions adds such a dynamic, interactive quality—it invites you to pause, explore, and engage with each turn of the page.

It transforms the album from a simple photo book into an experience, making the storytelling feel more alive and personal.

You can achieve different sizes within your album by printing photos at different sizes or doing layouts in different sizes.

This layout I did within my membership community, and I even got my fuse tool out for this one.

Now that I’ve wrapped up March in my Project Life Album, I’ve been digging into a few creative challenges I’ve been facing—and I’m excited to say, I’ve come up with some fresh ideas and changes that I can’t wait to roll out!

I’m feeling more inspired than ever, and I’m looking forward to sharing all the details with you next month!
