It’s been a hot minute since I touched my Project Life Family Album. My creative mojo ran off without warning, I was waiting on photos, and honestly, life (and anxiety) got in the way.
But I’m finally back at it, and I couldn’t be more excited to jump in again. I’m diving into August and have several things to share with you today, and it feels so good to see these stories come together on the page.
Midway through assembling August, it hit me: I never actually finished July. Cue the dramatic gasp. The fix? Easy—just a little journaling and some embellishing—but apparently, July wanted to keep me on my toes!
However, to stay on task I finished dropping all of my photos of August into the right spots.
Recently Project Life has started not feeling like enough.

I did all of my journaling for July and August together which worked out perfectly.
I thought I wanted to try and add something creative to the “title” page of this second album. I’m thinking some wood veners may look nice, but honestly I might just leave it the way it is.
I add a some red ribbon to the my page lifter which was the perfect pop of color.
