Remember a few weeks back when I kicked off my Simply Stamped Stories projects? I had grand ambitions and a desk full of ink pads?
I promised you 4 weeks of fun, inky adventures! We cruised right through weeks 1, 2, and 3 like crafty champs. And then… well, let’s just say week 4 took a little scenic detour which included the end of the school year, and the start of summer.
But guess what? I’m back and ready to finally wrap up this colorful journey with week 4! Let’s stamp our way to the finish line together — better late than never, right?
Today I’ve got not one, but TWO awesome projects to share with you. Both of these layouts are packed with quick and easy ways to use stamps to tell your stories in a creative, meaningful way!
These little memory moments found their home on a 12×12 piece of patterned paper. It was fun to dive into my stash of Ali Edwards stamps to bring them to life.
It’s amazing what a few stamps and some storytelling can do! It is really magical. I can’t wait to show you how fun (and simple!) it can be.
The first project I tackled features a handful of photos of Andrew from the first part of the year. Just everyday moments that I didn’t want to forget.
To help capture the heart of these memories, I pulled out my stamps that highlight the word “story” and used them as a jumping-off point to tell five different little stories. Each one gives a snapshot into Andrew’s world — his quirks, his routines, and those sweet in-between moments that make this season so special.
The second layout didn’t come together as easily — I found myself struggling a bit to make all the elements work together the way I envisioned.
But in the end, adding those tiny kitchen wood veneers brought it all together in the most unexpected, perfect way. It was a reminder that sometimes the little details really do make the biggest difference.
Other Projects In This Seires:
In cased you missed the start of this series, or you just want to go back binge these creative projects I thought do a quick recap of each of the projects below.
Week #1
This one the project that got everything started, and by far one of my favorites from this series. Check out the details HERE.
Week one included one simple project and the basic tools needed for stamping.
Week #2
The second week included 3 different projects, in three different types of albums.
You can check out these projects details, and photos HERE.
Week #3
For week three, I didn’t get a chance to put together a full blog post, but I still spent time creating several fun stamped projects behind the scenes.
Each of these little creations was designed to slip right into the pockets of my Project Life album — a mix of journaling, photos, and simple stamping that came together beautifully. It was a great reminder that even quick, small-scale projects can still tell meaningful stories and keep the creative momentum going.
I love playing with BIG bold stamped titles and tiny stamped embellishments — it’s totally my style and what I naturally gravitate toward when I’m telling stories on the page.
I hope you’ve enjoyed this peek into the stamping projects I’ve shared so far — but don’t worry, I’m just getting started! I’ve got a brand-new project and a fresh series coming soon, and I can’t wait to show you what’s next.
If you love simple, meaningful memory-keeping with a creative twist, you’re going to love what I have planned!
