A Peek Into My Summer Mini Album Process! Today I want to share a little look at how I’m working through my Summer Mini Album.
This project is all about letting go of the pressure and just diving into the creative process. I’m approaching it with an open heart and a “let’s just have fun” mindset. No complicated rules. No rigid timelines. Not one ounce of stress.
Just simple stories, little moments, and the joy of playing with pretty paper and photos.
Whether I’m adding a card to document a sunny afternoon or using a favorite embellishment just because I finally want to, this album is a reminder that memory-keeping doesn’t have to be perfect to be meaningful.
This has been such a wonderful way to just be creative! I’m loving using products from Heba Alsibai Creates! She has amazing Stamps, and her Scrappy Spiral Notebook are my new favorite crafty item. If you have some time check out her products.
It was also amazing to use a few of the items that I got at the Scrapbook Expo last October!
My Most Loved Project: Our Project Life Family Album
Over the last few years, I’ve had the joy of sharing our Project Life Family Album with you—and honestly, it’s hands-down my favorite memory-keeping project of all time.
If I could only keep up with one creative project, this would be it. It holds the heart of our family story.
I’ve poured countless hours (and more than a few Dr Peppers) into these albums. They’re filled with everyday moments, big milestones, and all the beautiful in-between. There’s something so special about flipping through the pages and seeing our life unfold year after year.
And every time I glance at those albums lined up neatly on my shelf, I’m reminded of just how meaningful this project truly is. They’re not just books—they’re treasures, filled with laughter, growth, love, and a whole lot of real life.
I share this process with you on typically on Tuesday! Nothing is going to change about this current process. The videos, and blog post may end up a few days late depending on how Family Life is going.
